Works well for what it is, but only as long as one does not move much. It is quite easy to slip off the labia, so it works better as a vaginal than a labia spreader. It is a good low-bugdet item for testing the waters or occasional use, but for more advanced play, I would recommend an actual speculum plus clamps to keep the labia spread out.
